Wyoming Trademark Search | Secretary of State

The Wyoming trademark search is an online library where registered trademarks and associated documents can be reviewed. A trademark is any word or symbol that identifies goods sold by a business, while a service mark does the same for services.[1]

Marks can be registered with the Secretary of State for successive five-year terms. Renewals must be filed within six months prior to the expiration of the current term to maintain validity.[2]
