The North Dakota trademark search is an online database that can be used to check a trademark’s availability or to look up information on an existing registration. A trademark can be any word, name, symbol, or device that distinguishes a product from others on the market.[1]
State trademarks are valid for 10 years in North Dakota, subject to renewal before their expiration, and renewals are done in the same manner as the original application for registration.[2]
