The Nevada business search is an online service provided by the Secretary of State to allow the public to search state trademark records. A trademark is any name, symbol, or device that distinguishes and identifies a business’ products.[1] A DBA or trade name is the name used to identify the business.[2] Trademarks are valid for 5 years and must be renewed 6 months before expiration.[3]
