Florida Trademark Search | Department of State

The Florida trademark search enables users to search the Division of Corporations records for service marks and trademarks registered in the state. The records can be searched by trademark name or by trademark owner.

Registrability of a trademark is based on a number of factors, including whether the mark is confusingly similar to those already on record in Florida.[1] If an application is accepted, registration endures for a term of five years (to be renewed six months before expiration).[2]
