The Oregon active trademarks webpage is an online searchable database of trademarks registered in the state. A trademark can be any word, name, symbol, device or a combination of these things that is used to identify and distinguish goods or products.[1]
Oregon trademark registrations remain active for 5 years and must be renewed before they expire.[2] The Secretary of State will send an Application for Renewal form to the mark holder within 60 days before the expiration date.[3]

2. Enter Search and View Results
Enter the trademark name, keywords, or description into the Search field, and the results will automatically appear below.
The following information will be provided for each result:
- Registration #
- Registration Date
- Trademark Description
- Correspondent Name
- Address (including City, State, and Zip Code)
- Image Link (links to OR Records search page)
