The New Hampshire business search webpage gives people the ability to easily search state records for trademarks and trade names. A trademark can be any registered name, symbol, or device that identifies the goods a business supplies or sells, while DBA (“Doing Business As”) is the name a business publicly operates under.[1]
A trademark in New Hampshire is effective for 10 years from the date of registration, and must be renewed 6 months prior to its expiration.[2]
